We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with expertise in SuccessFactors to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our HR systems and processes, with a specific focus on SuccessFactors and its Time Module.

Your technical proficiency and analytical mindset will be instrumental in driving system improvements, streamlining HR operations, and ensuring data integrity within our organization.

Tasks

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors, specifically the Time Module, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations within SuccessFactors.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, security administration, and user management.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of time-related processes, such as time tracking, absence management, and time off accruals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SuccessFactors Time Module.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support, including conducting workshops, creating training materials, and responding to user inquiries.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and system updates related to SuccessFactors and HR technology.
What We are Looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on SuccessFactors and its Time Module.
  • Extensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors Time Module and its related functionalities, including time tracking, absence management, and time off accruals.
  • Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify system issues.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide end-user training and support.
  • Availability to travel to our different headquarters (approximately 25-50%)
  • Certification in SuccessFactors, specifically in the Time Module, is highly desirable.
