- Associate member of CIPD.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR position
- Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions including NI, ROI and GB.
- High energy, result oriented, and calm under pressure In-depth knowledge of ROI and GB employment law.
- Track record of managing Employee Relations cases
- A driving license with the ability to travel to client sites across NI, ROI, and the UK when necessary.
