We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Consultant to join our team! As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be an integral member of the HR Consultancy team to support the delivery of one HR plan.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll co-ordinate and work collaboratively across the HR team, including shared services & the CoEs to ensure successful delivery of key projects. You will also be responsible for providing HR expertise, ensuring Group HR policies & processes are followed and relevant legislative requirements are met.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing\xe2\x80\xa6

Understand business requirements and translate into practical project deliverables, in line with HR policies, practices, tools and frameworks based on current legislation, good practice and business needs

Provide practical HR advice, guidance and coaching to leaders

Effectively manage a range of HR projects including organisational change & transformation, TUPE, restructuring & reward programmes

Work with business/functional leaders to provide effective stakeholder management

Work across the global HR team to access specialist advice/input i.e. communications/ capability/resourcing

Conduct post project reviews to ensure lessons captured and shared across the consultancy team

Seek out external best practice & continually develop to grow HR expertise

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory changes

Raise and escalate key risks and issues, providing proactive mitigation

Credible and values driven person, who can deliver exceptional results

Takes an enterprise-wide approach and is collaborative, adaptable and appreciates the dynamics of large, complex organisations

Able to understand detail, alongside complexity, and still deliver against strategic aims

Numerical with the ability to analyse and interpret data

Strong influencing and communication skills

Skilled in matrix working

Strong intellectual rigour and an appetite for professional development

Commercial acumen and comprehension of the broader business

Able to work conceptually as well as having the focus to execute

Work Experience

A proven track record of converting strategy to action

Experience of delivering HR change projects with strong HR generalist experience

A demonstrable track record of translating vision, strategies and business requirements into clear, actionable goals and delivering excellent results and outcome

Experience of working in HR in a complex, matrix organisation

A successful track record of operating commercially and executing plans effectively

Experience of working with others to deliver exceptional results \xe2\x80\x93 strong collaborator

Ability to contribute to the development of the overall function strategy
