Key Responsibilities:
Own the people strategy for your area of responsibility and partner with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to facilitate execution.
Provide HR solutions to all employees, ensuring ownership of country HR processes and policies within the defined geography.
Partner and collaborate with market leaders and leadership teams to proactively support business strategy, results, and employee engagement.
Provide advice and counsel to the HR COEs on country initiatives including talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, and business development activities.
Offer local expert guidance and advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with country legislation/labor law and focusing on risk mitigation to the business.
Partner with global leaders to deploy and execute HR programs, driving a robust operating system across the wider HR operating model to deliver proactive HR support to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with global HR Partners/COEs and leaders, providing local insight and ensuring execution of agreed-upon actions.

Location:
This role will be part of the UKI HR team, focused on ensuring all HR activities for your dedicated area of the business are aligned with achieving business growth. The candidate will be required to be based near, or willing to travel to, our Liverpool hub 2-3 days per week.
Experience:
Significant business development experience, having worked in an agile, fast-paced organization. Solid experience as a senior HR Business Partner, having owned large business units and led HR initiatives in large organizations.
Skills:
Strong employee relations skills, full HR experience including performance management, strategic workforce planning, and building for growth and culture change. Ability to think strategically from an HR perspective while handling a big operational workload.
Mindset:
Agile, can-do mindset, team player, and business priority-focused.
Consulting:
Experience in consulting is essential.
Leadership:
Proven track record as a country leader or in a similar leadership role.
