JOB TITLE: Senior HR Adviser - GBA Global Solutions




SALARY: Up to 45,000 (FTE) depending on experience




SHIFTS: Monday - Friday, 39 hours (Flexible Hours Available)




BASE: Hybrid (2 to 3 Days in office)




Role:




An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive, and resilient Senior HR Adviser to join an established and growing business.


Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service to the business, covering recruitment, induction, employee management, employee engagement, and management reporting.


Working in collaboration with the senior leadership team and business line managers, this role will take the lead on ensuring compliance with Employment Law and the established company policies and processes.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in the transport and logistics sector, or a similar environment.

Key Skills & Experience:




At least CIPD level 5 qualification and experience Strong foundation and knowledge of the principles and practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements Experience and highly competent understanding of the full employee lifecycle Ability to effectively coach management and support employees through complex and difficult HR related issues Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills High emotional intelligence Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Excellent prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
