The Senior GRC Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO while also assisting the GRC team with various tasks.

Working in a cross-functional role as part of the Strategy & Operations team, this person will support all pillars of GRC - managing the GRC inbox, processing PO requests, scheduling meetings and coordinating forums - and manage the CRO agenda.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to minutiae, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

1. Executive Support to the CRO:

  • Manage and maintain the CRO\'s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely responses.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings, presentations, and other high-level meetings as required.
2. Administrative Support to the Group Risk and Compliance Team:
  • Assist with the coordination and organisation of team meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
  • Manage the GRC inbox, categorising and directing requests, and handling basic inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Process incoming POs or redirect them to the appropriate approver.
  • Support the access and permissions to GRC platforms, maintaining and updating risk and compliance databases and documentation.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs related to risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Education / professional qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
Background experience
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in production of Management information
  • Experience of remote working within a dispersed team
Computer / program knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Experience in content-management tools
Company, product and market knowledge
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance principles and practices is a plus
Management and leadership
  • Must possess the ability to positively engage others
Languages
  • Fluent in English
