We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in digital design and a deep understanding of market trends. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to create visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various platforms, including digital and print media. Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Figma, and InVision to produce high-quality designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Create and edit video content for promotional materials and social media platforms. Work with content management systems to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into digital platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance design practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, Figma, and InVision. Familiarity with CSS for web design purposes is advantageous. Experience in video editing is desirable. Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to apply them creatively in design work. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs that do not stigmatise or alienate any audience.

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
