The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Woodcock AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our platform. Working directly with our AI engineers, you will build and scale the systems that power our object detection and natural language capabilities. Your work will directly impact the future of video intelligence.

This is an in house, full time, permanent position.

What You Will Be Doing

Backend Architecture

Architect, scale, and secure a cutting edge microservices infrastructure Optimise application and container performance to support real time AI processing Research and develop the next generation of our backend services
Frontend Development

Build and maintain our React Native mobile applications for Android and iOS Enhance application performance, user experience, and scalability Research and lead the development of our new frontend innovations
Security and DevOps

Fortify security across our application, API, and infrastructure Manage version control through Git with clean, organised workflows Continuously identify and eliminate potential vulnerabilities to keep systems secure

Technical Requirements

Essential:

Advanced TypeScript expertise Strong, production level experience with NestJS or ExpressJS Professional experience building mobile applications with React Native Strong understanding of SQL database management Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration Complete mastery of Git workflows
Desirable:

Python development experience, especially with AI integration Linux system administration skills Expertise in infrastructure and endpoint security
