We're looking for senior floor staff to join our talented team at Pickled Pumpkin Catering.

Enhance the dining experience in our renowned venue through strong leadership and coaching of the small team, supporting each individual in delivering a warm and lasting impression to our guests. Room for growth you'll need to have a natural flair for hospitality and be excited to deliver an outstanding, relaxed and personable service.

must have;

A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service Previous experience as a team leader within a premium quality restaurant/cafe A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written - to ensure clear communication Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels

Key Accountabilities:

Being a key leader of the restaurant, effectively managing the team and driving revenue and standards Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve loyalty and retention Responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef To deliver the concept and values of Pickled Pumpkin Catering Establish the restaurant as a destination dining experience through exceptional service and guest loyalty Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L
