Key Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering, Implementation of new intakes and resolution processing for business partners wanting to onboard to the Service Management platform.
Lead day to day service operations and respond to end-user requests for standard services from the defined Service Management catalog.
Lead \xe2\x80\x9clive\xe2\x80\x9d Service Management environments on a day-to-day basis (e.g. Portal, Backend of Service Management tool, inventory of service intake forms)
Provide and maintain a single source of consistent information on all Finance services delivered to the end-user.
Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for all Service Management / Operations domains.
Provide KPIs to business partner groups involved in the support of the Digital Finance Innovation Team
Provide insight/recommend new demand/catalog items for enhancing service catalog.
Provide insight into continuous improvement of current services and capabilities.
Support ad hoc requests / projects for process-related projects that cut across other SigniFi areas.
Lead training and communications sessions across broader finance organization
Support onboarding of new team members
Regular connect meetings with business partners.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or similar business field required.
Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, PMP) is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of Accounting or Finance experience is required.
Strong partnership skills are required.
Ability to use technology to effectively work in a Global role is required.
Experience with independently and efficiently troubleshooting system-related issues with a customer service approach is required.
Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
Preferred:
Foundational Project management skills along with Change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment.
Advanced skills in MS Office and JIRA.
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership team members.
Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Experience with SAP ERP, SAP Central Finance, and/or JDE ERP systems and processes are preferred.
Demonstration of Planning, Prioritization and Project Management skills are essential to success and is highly preferred.
Other:
Up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation\'s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company\'s discretion on an individual basis.
