EDM Finance Senior Manager/Manager
6 month contract
Stockley Park (3 days in office required each week)

I am currently seeking a finance contractor to support both the European Distributor Market (EDM) and Romania Affiliate Finance teams.

The EDM finance team is focused across a number of stretch projects in 2023 including but not limited to:
- Support implementation of SAP in-line with global project
- Support Romanian Affiliate through to the onboarding of the Romanian finance team
- Key commercial activities within the EDM

The contractor role will be UK based and report into the EDM Finance Director and support across key financial activities for the EDM and Romania businesses. It will be dynamic as the year evolves and will include aspects of the below activities:

- Romania FP&A support: Monthly reporting, functional business partnering, OpEx forecast planning and submissions
- Romania Vendor/PO market facing support: Working with Shared Services and outsourced accounting firm to support local market team
- EDM+RO Financial Close: Standard journal management
- EDM Finance org reporting: Treasury, demand, sales modifier maintenance
- EDM FP&A support: Distributor OpEx process support with Internal and external stakeholders, monthly report maintenance and enhancement, LE support and submission
- EDM+RO: SAP support - transferring/rebuilding management reporting in the new environment following transition

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

My client is has a unique Company culture, strong core values, operating in an industry with complex reimbursement policies and regulatory environments, I am seeking an experienced individual with proven cultural adaptability and relevant industry experience, preferably at an operational finance position. Ideally the candidate will have gained exposure to working within a US corporate environment.
