With a strong global presence and a track record of success, they are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team and play a key role in driving our financial strategy forward.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of this finance team, working closely with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic support. You will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to make informed decisions that drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Finance Business Partner role:

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to inform business strategies.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for assigned business units.
• Evaluate investment proposals and assess their financial viability.
• Drive cost management initiatives and identify areas for cost optimisation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement financial and operational improvements.
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and experience required for this Senior Finance Business Partner role:

• A recognised accountancy qualification; ACA, CIMA or ACCA
• Significant experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence decision-making.
• Experience in consumer product-based industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
