ROLE



As the

Senior Finance Business Partner

, you will report directly to the Finance Director (FD). You will support the FD as a right-hand in all aspects of the FD role and responsibilities. This includes operating as a key business partner to the Global Product Line Manager and plants to ensure growth and profitability of the operation and business. You will safeguard the assets of the corporation, maintain the integrity of the financials, and ensure compliance with all Corporate and GAAP policies, including SOX and company policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing accurate and relevant management information and supporting the FD to form sound financial and business advice. Identifying operational and commercial improvement opportunities to maximize key business performance. Supporting all financial cadences for the business unit with on-time deliveries and any needed ad hoc/deep dive analysis. Working with Plant Controllers and relevant stakeholders on standard margin variance analysis. Proactively supporting a 3-month rolling forecast across the P&L.

PERSON



The company are looking to attract excellent finance talent that can add value to the business. We are looking for someone with:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), degree, or MBA (desirable). Financial manufacturing experience, with experience in complex matrix organisations, shared service centers, and working with regional/division HQ. Capability and knowledge of working with SAP, consolidation systems, and data warehouses. Analytical skills, with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with an inquisitive and detailed approach to finance.
