Job Requirements
The Role
As a Senior Producer at Marble you are responsible for managing a wide variety of projects for both B2B and B2C clients. You will work closely with the Client Services & Delivery team(s) to realise the client's brief and concept. You will be responsible for delivering the concept on budget and on time in line with the brief. You will lean on creatives and innovative and forward-thinking suppliers to create incredible experiences across all Marble projects.
Alongside delivery you will also be responsible for supporting Account Managers with pitches and developing the client relationship to grow the account. As a Senior member of the Delivery Team you will also be responsible for mentoring more junior members of the team, ensuring that they are developing within their roles and delivering on projects. You will lead by example, becoming fluent with all Marble processes and guiding more junior team members as well as new starters accordingly.
Project Management
Lead on national projects from ideation to pre-planning, execution and evaluation
Produce quotes that you are leading on, ensuring that deliverables are delivered within agreed parameters including margin and overall budget
Be responsible for setting and managing the project budget, managing internal and external resources and setting lead times and expectations for the delivery of the project
Translate the creative brief to deliver the project in line with client expectations, while taking into account budget and location constraints
Oversee production planning, including technical design, staging, AV, and logistics.
Understand and translate commercial requirements of both the client and Marble
Demonstrate ability to adapt to international markets, understanding nuances and adapting accordingly
Proactively work with clients to implement sustainable alternatives that align with our accreditations and company values
Ensure all sustainability documentation is up to date and reported to client
Lead Delivery Team members to manage and execute events including on site work
Ensure project systems are up to date and in line with project timelines and milestones
Manage suppliers, staffing and crew including comprehensive briefings where necessary
Recruit, onboard and manage external suppliers and freelancers when necessary
Ensure comprehensive project debrief is produced with key takeaways and learnings, sharing with the rest of the department when needed
Demonstrate leadership within the Delivery Team, and within the wider agency, managing, training and nurturing more junior members
Ensure that experiences are created in line with Marble's accreditations, standard and values
Research and stay abreast of new innovative and sustainable suppliers, making recommendations for the benefit of the Delivery Team when necessary
Work with approved and new suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in line with Marble's standards
Account Management
Collaborate on initial creative concepts, supporting the Client Services team on feasibility of ideas and driving the pitch process forwards
Support the Account team to translate client briefs into actionable client objectives
Build relationships with clients to support the objectives of the Accounts Team to convert clients to long term partners
Work with clients to understand their overall objectives, ensuring that campaigns and projects are aligned with their long term objectives
Strive for excellent client management, managing expectations, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, consistent and professional
Build relationships with suppliers, proactively looking to create advantageous relationships
Ensure that client budgets are adhered to while delivering exceptional services
Network within the industry, building relationships with potential clients, partners and contacts
Reporting, Analysis & Finance
Analyse and report on your projects including financial performance and time analysis, as well as on meeting client expectations and objectives
Identify opportunities for new supplier partnerships and work with CTO on securing these
Become fluent on Scoro, training up new and more junior team members and supporting where needed
Feed into Delivery Team and wider agency reports when required
Share project learnings with wider Delivery Team and agency on request
