This Senior Events & Marketing Executive sits within a global law firm and will play a key role in liaising with Partners, fee earners and BDMs in the planning management and execution process of both internal and external events such as corporate hospitality, private dining, bespoke events, client receptions, seminars, conferences and sponsorships.
Within this Senior Events & Marketing Executive position you will take support the execution of the annual programme across practices and staff events for the London office and occasionally supporting Europe and the US. Key features of this role include sourcing venues, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and manage the budgetary process for each event as well as working with CRM and Design teams in the production of invitations, badges, signage, speaker and delegate materials.
The successful candidate for the role will have previous experience organising a range of events from a legal and/or professional services environment.
