The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction, tenders and SOR who can manage pricing, procurement, and tender submissions, from small snagging works to large scale tender projects.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Tenders:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects. Analyse tender documents and prepare competitive bids. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions. Source materials and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices. Maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in estimating, tendering, and procurement within the

construction industry

. Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and supplier networks. Ability to analyse technical drawings and project specifications. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
