Senior Estate Agent/sales Manager
Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join an established and well regarded independent estate agency as a Senior Property Valuer/Manager, in the residential sales department.
The desired individual will need to have excellent residential property valuation skills, with a proven high conversion rate from valuation to instruction, and be highly organised with management capabilities and a drive for business development.
You will be joining small team of sales negotiators and will have input into the marketing strategy for the department.

Key Skills:
Experience at Manager or Senior/Valuer level in residential sales.
Experienced in driving business levels forward, canvassing, sales and listings.
Able to motivate, manage and lead by example.
Good knowledge of the local area.
The remuneration package will include:
A competitive Basic Salary
Excellent uncapped commission.
A full and clean UK driving license is essential.
OTE: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
