The Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems are aimed at people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who need to monitor their blood sugar levels. Our Dexcom CGM system consists of a sensor, inserted under the skin to measure the level of glucose in the interstitial fluid (fluid in the tissue), eliminating the need for fingersticks. Our Dexcom CGM Systems have customisable alerts to warn users of dangerous glucose levels, even while they are asleep.

Role Summary:
Dexcom is seeking a Marketing Systems Analyst to work within the EMEA Applications team as part of a wider web applications capability that supports the global marketing and customer experience teams. with the development and maintenance of any customer facing sites across all geographies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will report into the EMEA IT organization, and will be the main point of contact for any EMEA web development needs
• You will aid in prioritizing and delivering new features to existing web projects for the EMEA organization
• You will work directly with web development team including in house and offshore resources
• You will work with the global web scrum team to ensure work is properly planned and scheduled
• You will work directly with EMEA marketing and other Dexcom departments to communicate ETAs and deliveries from the web development team
• You will provide support and guidance to existing sites owned by Dexcom
• You will aid in support and development of new projects
• You will aid in preventing and communicating any outages to proper support personnel

• Strong communication skills
• 5 years web development knowledge and experience in multiple platforms
• Strong technical knowledge JavaScript, CMS, and CSS
• Must understand APIs and API first driven systems
• Understanding of the concept of headless CMS/Commerce
• Knowledge of project management practices
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
