We are partnered with a leading Tier 1 main contractor involved in key sectors including Civil Infrastructure, Transport, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Fit Out, Data Centre, and Pharmaceutical. Due to continued growth, the organisation is in need of an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer. With extensive technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the capacity to oversee complex engineering tasks across a variety of projects, Senior Engineer will work closely with project teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meets or exceeds project requirements while adhering to safety, budgets, and schedules.Responsibilities & Requirements:Lead and manage the engineering aspects of complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within the budget.Provide advanced technical guidance in solving complex engineering challenges and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications, safety standards, and client needs.Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all engineering work meets the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and performance by conducting regular reviews and audits of engineering works.Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the engineering solutions provided.Monitor resources effectively, ensuring that engineering teams have the necessary tools, information, and support to achieve project objectives.Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, design reports, and testing results.Participate in meetings and present relevant technical reports to senior management or clients.Rigorously implement industry-leading health and safety standards and protocols to create a secure and hazard-free environment for employees, clients, and partners.Degree in civil engineering or related field.5+ years experience in a senior engineer role with significant background in main contractor, CSA, and fit out within residential, commercial, and pharmaceutical sectors.Proficiency in engineering software and tools.Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of construction methods and processes.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.The ideal candidate is eligible to work in Ireland with no visa restrictions.
