The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying, integrating and troubleshooting CyberArk privilege cloud. Has expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions development and implementation. This role requires strong experience with Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols, and the integration of PAM into an Azure environment. Along with integrating with other security and infrastructure components; implementing best practices and enterprise security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of existing CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution.
• Develop, design, and configure Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to meet business and security needs.
• Experience in management and troubleshooting of CyberArk's Privileged and Sessions Management Suite (EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, HTML5GW and DR)
• Ensure the secure management of privileged credentials across systems and environments..
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews of CyberArk infrastructure to ensure best practices are followed.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and operational processes.
• Assist with incident response and system availability issues as they occur.
• Act as an escalation point for CyberArk issues reported by users and co-ordinate with vendor as needed for troubleshooting and issue resolution

Required skills & Experience

• BAU experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) or a related security role.
• Proven experience in deploying CyberArk Privilege Cloud
• In-depth knowledge of Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols, and related security concepts.
• Expertise with Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Extensive experience with PAM implementation within Azure environments.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PAM solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of how to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and infrastructure components.
