As the Senior Benefits Strategy Consultant you will work as part of a specialist team whilst having the chance to partner and work very closely with a range of key and top clients. You will be responsible for providing expert insight and strategic recommendations on all aspects of benefits programme design before successfully delivering strategic and management consulting projects.

Client strategy is the ultimate focus here in what isn\'t your usual run of the mill consulting role!

Candidates based in the South of England are encouraged to apply and you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa380,000 DOE with a strong bonus and an excellent benefits package on top.
