The Role



We're seeking a skilled Senior Email Marketing Executive to apply their abilities to our client and internal email communications. Working closely within the Digital Marketing Team, you'll manage campaigns from build to send, ensuring best practices and delivering measurable achievements. You'll also be instrumental in refining our automated audience journeys and providing valuable insights through performance analysis.

Our audience is young people aged 13-24, comprised of mostly school leavers and university students. Our mission is to inspire those young people to take the first steps in their careers.

Core Responsibilities





Execution of all platform client email campaigns from build to send and ensure their quality is best practice and of the highest standard possible
Assist in managing the strategy of email communications to the different Higherin audiences outside of onboarding and nurturing programmes


Monitor, analyse and report on email performance across the business, including onboarding and nurturing automations


Work with the Customer Success Team to advise on email targeting for client campaigns
Management of lists and segments, utilizing tools such as Listbuilder and Dotdigital
Act as the guardian of the client email booking process, working with stakeholders to execute campaigns and suggest improvements
Keep up to date with current trends in email marketing and how they could be applied to Higherin
Assist in B2B marketing email campaigns using Hubspot

You are right for this role if you...





Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Email Marketing Are a proactive collaborator Are adept at spotting improvements to systems and processes Have a good understanding of the English language (both spoken and written) Have the following skillset:

Hybrid working





We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you'll be expected to work from our office in Brixton a minimum of 2 days per month, with more time encouraged. If you need more flexibility than this, please let us know.

Salary



Up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
