Key Responsibilities include:

Performs the assessment and design and monitors ongoing process of a project, including the coordination of the project with project delivery team.

\xc2\xb7 Leading/working with a team of EC&I engineers/designers in developing engineering deliverables throughout various stages of the project.

\xc2\xb7 Information gathering, undertaking desktop studies.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing RAMS, carrying out visual and intrusive inspections analysing data and reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare drawings, functional and technical specifications, and contract documents.

\xc2\xb7 Performs calculations and evaluations in the design of equipment and systems for industrial applications.

\xc2\xb7 Interfaces and co-ordinates with Safety Case and System Engineering teams.

\xc2\xb7 Participates in planning, cost development and management, and scheduling for assigned projects.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains effective communication with clients, project team members and project delivery team.

\xc2\xb7 Performs other duties assigned by the Head of Discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Works with minimal supervision and delivers to deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for authoring/reviewing/checking on technical deliverables. Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

\xc2\xb7 Possess in depth knowledge of the electrical engineering discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in HV/LV generation/distribution systems (50&60Hz) and associated control and protection systems.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in LV cable sizing and design and using cable sizing software (AMTECH).

\xc2\xb7 Experience in LV systems and electrical building services.

\xc2\xb7 Experience of working/liaising with Safety Case requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Commercial awareness.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a contracting environment, relevant site experience.

\xc2\xb7 Possess suitable security clearance or capable of obtaining relevant NSV clearance.

\xc2\xb7 Must be a sole UK national.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel if/when required.
