• Implement the comprehensive management policy of the company, implement the target and index of the department, and ensure the realization of the comprehensive management goal of EHSQ;
• Implement the identification of environmental factors and the identification and evaluation of hazard sources within the region as well as the control of important environmental factors and hazard sources;
• Responsible for the acquisition, transmission and compliance of relevant laws and other requirements, and timely transmission of external environmental/occupational health and safety information within the corresponding business scope of the department;
• Ensure all actions in his responsible area in compliance with EHSQ rules and policy
• Responsible for the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation facilities of plant equipment to ensure their safe and reliable operation.
• Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling;
• Develop standard maintenance procedure. Keep documentation updated.
• Minimize the overall maintenance cost in comply with the quality and safety standards;
• Manage all safety Instrumented system issues relating hardware and preventive maintenancexefxbcx9b
• Responsible for making the list and declaration of electrical and instrument spare parts. Prepare the PR for spare parts procurementxefxbcx9b
• Responsible for guiding the electrical and instrument installation with base of regulatory, and undertaking the installation and commissioning of some key instruments in the project;
• Responsible for the technical training to E&I technicians
• Create workflows and technical objects through SAP for all maintenance tasks;
• Other tasks assigned by department manager

What you'll bring to the team:

• Above bachelor degree in chemical automation instrument or related major.
• Over 5 years instrumentation maintenance experience in chemical industry plant, or relevant working experience
• Relevant experience of electrical and instrument installation, commissioning, maintenance work experience,.
• Familiar with all kinds of chemical instrumentation/electrical equipment professional knowledge;
• English reading and spoken English skill.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
