The role

Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture (WIC) is an essential part of the University of Exeter\xe2\x80\x99s values and enriches employment, research, studying and learning experiences here and in the wider Exeter and Cornwall community. Available immediately, we currently have a number of exciting opportunities within our Culture & Inclusion team arising from further investment from the University in the Culture and Inclusion function. These positions will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the People Strategy, including engagement with students, external equality accreditations and projects at institutional, Faculty/Division, and department level.

Supporting Faculties and Divisions in driving forward their EDI agendas and liaison with partners will be a key element of the role.

You

You will possess an informed and operational knowledge of the EDI agenda with experience of delivering institutional change. A proactive self-starter, you will have the ability to develop and deliver institutional projects, be able to demonstrate the ability to form effective working relationships with professional and academic colleagues, and be an excellent communicator.
