As the UK's leading vaping retailer, boasting over 180 stores and a dedicated team of 600+ employees, we are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our online presence.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Ecommerce Manager to spearhead our digital growth and drive innovation within our Ecommerce division.

About the Role:

The Senior Ecommerce Manager will lead one of our major online channels and two marketplaces, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, adept at optimising product displays and enhancing the customer journey. This role will require 5 days on site her at Head Office, Newbridge Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Management:

Oversee the daily performance of our online stores and marketplaces, implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.

Customer Journey Enhancement:

Continuously refine website navigation and category structures to facilitate seamless customer experiences.

Collaborative Product Management:

Work closely with the product team to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compelling product information, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

Inventory and Pricing Oversight:

Regularly monitor stock levels and pricing strategies, utilising data analytics to inform decisions and maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

Ecommerce Expertise:

Proven experience in ecommerce trading, preferably with a strong background in platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.

Market Place Experience

Proven experience working with Ebay, Amazon, OnBuy. An ability to demonstrate previous revenue growth on these channels.

Digital Marketing Acumen:

Deep understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing, and the latest ecommerce trends, including social commerce and AI-driven personalization.

Pay: 55,000.00-70,000.00 per year
