About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on a huge growth trajectory, and we are looking to further grow our team with a Senior Ecommerce Manager who would enjoy working within a fast paced, vibrant and founder led business, spanning multiple B2B and B2C brands.
With that in mind, now is a pivotal moment for the brand as we look to supercharge our growth and become laser focused in achieving our ambitious goal of reaching \xc2\xa3250million in revenue over the next five years. Our D2C channels will represent a significant driver of revenue for the business, and as such now requires an ambitious individual to drive our brand\'s success on our global website. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, tech-savvy individual with expertise in platforms like Big Commerce, Bloomreach, Storystream, and has worked with DAM\xe2\x80\x99s and PIM\xe2\x80\x99s previously.

Strategic Ecommerce Planning - Develop and execute a strategic ecommerce plan to boost sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Performance Optimisation - Implement initiatives to positively impact KPI\xe2\x80\x99s using advanced site analytics focusing on metrics including but not limited to conversion, abandoned cart rates, AOV and UPT.
Technical Expertise - Constantly testing new site functionalities and features, recommending and overseeing the implementation of new solutions to improve digital roadmap.
Sales & Inventory Management - Monitor and report on daily / weekly business performance making data driven decisions to optimize site navigation, product display and overall UX.
Marketing & Customer Experience - Collaborate with the brand and omnichannel marketing teams to align ecommerce strategies with the brand.
KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and Targets - Meet specific KPI\xe2\x80\x99s related to revenue growth, aquiring new customers and supporting the international team on expanding and optimizing distributor networks. About you You will have likely worked for a fast growth ecommerce or tech start up, ideally within the beauty or wellness industry. You will:

• Have an exceptional analytical mind with strong technical proficiency and commercial awareness.
• Experience of using ecommerce tools is essential, and you will be proficient in excel and other reporting software i.e. Tableau.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit and a results orientated mindset with a passion for ecommerce.
• Proven experience of growing and scaling businesses through ecommerce.
• Demonstrate resilience and determination. You will understand and be comfortable with regular change.
• Management Experience.
