This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, world class Project Controls team, working as a Document Controller on some of the UK\'s largest transportation infrastructure projects. You will be part of an experienced team that have a significant impact on the successful delivery of multi-million-pound contracts, using state of the art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support.

About the job:
They currently require the services of a Senior Document Controller on a permanent basis. This role includes:

• Ensure Document Management consistency across all Projects, rigorously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.
• Up/downloading documentation onto EDMS (Electronic Document Management System
• Quality checking of documents to ensure they meet client and company standards
• Creating, formatting, and updating documents using Microsoft packages
• Ensuring all technical documents are up to date, logged and updated correctly

About you:

• Previous experience of working on database systems
• Have experience working in a Document control or Data Management role
• Experience working in a project environment would be preferable
• Previous experience/working knowledge of the following systems is highly desirable ProjectWise, SharePoint, MS Teams
