3search is currently working with a global bank, which works with charities all around the world to manage their money. They are an extremely values-led business, ensuring the charities get the most out of their money, whilst simultaneously raising millions of pounds in donations, which they distribute across all of their organisations.
You will be the resident expert on all things digital! You will be responsible for delivering multi-channel digital campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness of their brand.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy.
- Ensure all channels are fully optimised, including SEO, SEM, and SMM.
- Track KPIs and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, generate insights, and use this to guide future strategy.
- Conduct thorough market/industry insights, to ensure you are keeping up with the latest trends, technologies, and opportunities for growth.
- Implement and manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Expert knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and UX.
- Competent using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Strong analytics skills.
- Presentation and communication skills.
