Job Description
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Digital, Web and Communications Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
As a Senior Digital, Web and Communications Manager, you will be supporting the development of all digital web communications strategies across several markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing digital communications strategy and execution for corporate website and social media channels as well as ensuring these are in line with company objectives
- Supporting in the optimisation of website design and content management including SEO strategy
- Liaising with the wider team on implementing an analysis and metrics framework to support content requirements and performance
- Monitoring competitor trends
- Strong Digital website Communications experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
- Third party supplier management
- Tracking and analysis of customer/user journey across all web and social media channels
- Strong knowledge of Customer Experience Platforms such as AEM, Sprinklr and Tableau
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
