The Senior Developers will be an integral part of our in-house development team, responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our complex software systems according to the department\'s specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects and technologies, ranging from full stack to low-code development and exploring the opportunities to leverage AI for new capabilities and productivity gains.
The development team\xe2\x80\x99s remit is split between customer-facing and back office, your role will lead and be responsible for one of these functions. However, the Senior Developers will provide cover and resilience for each other.

As a seasoned developer with at least four years under your belt, you\'re hungry for a leadership role that takes your skills to the next level. You\'re an innovator, ready to spearhead a dynamic team and keen to harness the power of the latest technologies.
What you will do:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance in the development and commissioning of software projects, focusing on technical excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain compliance with project reporting and data security standards.
- Cloud Migration: Spearhead the transition to cloud infrastructure, supporting new technology implementations.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends to drive technological advancements, including low-code solutions.
- Development Work: Actively engage in coding, system design, and integration, ensuring alignment with back-office systems and public interfaces.
