We're Looking for a Senior Designer to Join Our Creative Team.




Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for bold, boundary-pushing design? EMJ is looking for a Senior Designer to bring stunning visuals to life across digital media--from social campaigns and animations to interactive articles and journals.


You'll collaborate closely with our Design Manager, Creative Director, and wider team, working on everything from websites and e-marketing to infographics and animated videos. Your creativity will shape engaging user experiences and elevate the EMJ brand across all touchpoints.

Who you are:



Ex

perienced Senior Designer with Killer Portfolio & Strong Digital Focus:

You bring significant senior-level design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional digital work.

Master of Adobe Suite with Animation Ex

pertise:

You have mastery of the Adobe Suite (especially After Effects and Premiere Pro) and strong animation skills are essential.

Excellent

Project Manager with a Keen Design Eye:

You possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of typography, composition, and colour.

Ins

piring Communicator & Brand Guardian with Social/Digital Expertise:

You are a collaborative team player who can inspire others and effectively present ideas while ensuring brand consistency, and you have experience designing specifically for social and digital media with a deep understanding of platform requirements.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in podcast editing, interactive content design, or publishing is a plus.

Contribute to the development of our industry-first interactive articles.

Lead Creative Multimedia

Projects:

Lead animation and video content creation projects for the healthcare industry.

pion Brand Consistency:

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all designs align with EMJ & AMJ brand guidelines.

Manage Multi

ple Design Projects:

Effectively handle and prioritise multiple design projects simultaneously.

Drive Creative Research & Innovation:

Stay ahead of design trends and share fresh visual ideas with the team.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals.

Hours:

8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

Working pattern:

Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)

We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
