SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER
Location: LONDON

Due to continuing growth and development of our Resorts on a global scale, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Design Manager. This role will help to drive and develop the Master Plans of future accommodation, according to the agreed pipeline.

As part of our global Project Delivery Team, you will work with our MMM Creative and Finance partners, turning their fantastic ideas into reality! We deliver globally across all the existing Resorts. With the support of internal and external teams you will drive front end Feasibility Studies, co-ordinating Master plans, preparing desk top test fits, leading the Design Team through schematic design. Whatever the particulars, your considerable organisational experience and unquestioned ability to influence will make sure every project you\'re involved in runs like clockwork.

About You\xe2\x80\xa6

- You will have good Main Contractor experience of managing projects, ideally within a hotel sector, values between \xc2\xa310 - \xc2\xa350m
- Experience implementing various forms of MMC
- An understanding of CAD, able to interpret and read drawings
- Experienced at managing specialist designers, sub-contractor supply chain packages
- Excellent design and technical skills, ability to use design software
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Deliver design utilising innovative solutions
- Able to incorporate net zero carbon targets
- Drive, monitor and report on design programmes
- Great attention to detail
- Amazing negotiating skills, influencing and stakeholder management
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Commercially aware
- Demonstrate teamwork, relationship building, Leadership and decisiveness
- Commitment to continued learning

- Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) from College or University in Architecture, Construction Management, Building - - Construction, or similar evidence of technical experience
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional), or APM (Associate Project Management Professional) certifications preferred (not required).
- Able to travel for short durations on a regular basis
- Be flexible, this is a hybrid role - preconstruction activities in an office, home and on site
- Have a positive attitude and a love of FUN!
