Senior Design DirectorWe are looking for a Senior Design Director to work for our Social First Agency client across multiple accounts. The selected candidate will own and lead the creative output on priority accounts, developing their brand, producing campaigns, overseeing the content creation and developing the team.Key Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and drive vision: Inspire and mentor the team to develop impactful creative concepts and executions that push the boundaries of craftsmanship and innovation.
• Foster a dynamic environment that encourages the creation and delivery of exceptional creative work.
• Act as a confident and influential ambassador when presenting to clients, driving forward ideas, and building strong client relationships.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute complex, integrated campaigns.
• Lead creative ideation and design thinking, either independently or in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee campaign and brand development, ensuring efficient project management and workflow.
• Stay at the forefront of industry knowledge and design trends, leading the agency's efforts.
• In a senior role, collaborate with leadership to manage billable utilisation, people management, and strategic planning.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced creative with a design education and 8+ years' experience from a social or creative agency background
• In-depth social expertise - knowledge of platforms, formats, and emerging trends.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing a variety of projects simultaneously.
• End-to-end experience in developing and executing multi-channel/integrated campaigns that drive strategic brand transformations.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality control.
• Leadership experience in team and management.
