About the Role:
As a Senior Dental Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Balancing clinical expertise with organisation, you'll ensure seamless operations across both practices while embodying our core values. This role demands pace, proactivity, and flexibility, as you'll work efficiently in a dynamic environment to deliver outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver confident, skilled chairside assistance for general and specialized treatments, adapting swiftly to diverse clinical needs.
Assist in Treatment Coordination with precision, guiding clients through bespoke care plans with empathy and clarity.
Proactively manage administrative systems, ensuring meticulous organisation of patient records and schedules.
Mentor junior nurses, fostering a collaborative team culture rooted in efficiency and shared growth.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to enhance compliance and workflow effectiveness.
Partner with Practice Managers to streamline clinical administration and operational tasks.
Maintain a steady pace without compromising attention to detail, prioritising patient safety and satisfaction.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Dental Nurse, ideally in a fast-paced private or client-focused setting.
Organisation, customer- service or mentoring experience (preferred).
