\xe2\x80\x8bJob Title: Senior Customer Success Manager - SaaS - London Hybrid

The Role:

\xc2\xb7 Consult with client stakeholders to understand their business strategies, goals and their objectives for using the platform and ensure we deliver value against agreed success criteria

\xc2\xb7 Support customers in their usage of the platform, identifying and executing strategies to promote wider adoption

\xc2\xb7 Perform strategic account planning to identify and forecast opportunities and risks

\xc2\xb7 Partner with our commercial team to identify and qualify high quality upsell and cross sell opportunities (CSQLs)

\xc2\xb7 Provide customer feedback across the business, having an input in how we shape our customer and product direction

\xc2\xb7 You will become a domain expert for our housebuilder customers and a product expert for the platform

\xc2\xb7 You will help shape our customer success strategy, closing the feedback loop between the customer and company

The Ideal Candidate:

\xc2\xb7 You will have proven commercial experience managing mid-large SaaS accounts (\xc2\xa3100k+ ARR)

\xc2\xb7 An exceptional track record of achieving retention and upsell targets

\xc2\xb7 You must have experience working in a cross-functional capacity

\xc2\xb7 A background of building exceptional relationships with your customers

\xc2\xb7 A demonstrated ability to drive product adoption with challenging customers

\xc2\xb7 A real passion for striving to exceed expectations

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in the construction industry would be ideal
