We have various opportunities available within their customer service operations, with candidates able to interview for multiple roles to match their skills and aspirations. Previous experience within customer service is needed, with the ability to learn quickly. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO THEIR WATFORD OFFICE!

Salary - \xc2\xa332,000 - \xc2\xa333,000

Some of the duties will include:

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Providing the highest level of customer service over the phone and via email
  • Handling customer queries through to resolution
  • Making calls in the first instance, following up with an email
  • Keeping customer records accurately up to date
  • Taking responsibility of customer complaints, escalating where necessary
  • Responsible for initial customer complaint investigations
  • Implementing improvements where necessary
  • Working well as part of the team
The suitable candidate:
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great team player
  • Able to commute to Watford due to being based in the office - hybrid after training
  • Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
