This role is central to delivering against targets focused on optimal customer acquisition, engagement and conversion, using a fully integrated and data-informed approach. Our mission is to devise and implement transformative digital strategies that harness top-of-funnel demand across our global portfolio, and to nurture those audiences through to purchase, predominantly through paywall models, reader registration models, newsletter sign-up approaches, engagement strategies and broader means of consumer lead generation.
As the Senior Customer Journeys Executive (Digital Demands Marketing) you will be responsible for acquiring subscribers prospects and driving \xe2\x80\x98unknown\xe2\x80\x99 to \xe2\x80\x98known\xe2\x80\x99 users to drive subscription conversion. You will help support by managing the day-to-day running of our registration strategy, implementing tests and initiatives to improve registration conversions rates and the percentage of active registered users on our website. You will help to increase readers\' engagement and drive them to the subscriptions ecommerce funnel. As well as this, you will regularly review and report on team performance against targets on key metrics and suggest optimisations and areas for improvement
