Excellent opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join a leading real estate firm and assist with the development and delivery of their CRM strategy.

A brand-new role, you will be working closely within a supportive and close-knit marketing team and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of various automated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on developing and writing engaging email content.

Based in modern offices in West London, they are offering flexible working, up to \xc2\xa340,000 salary PA (DOE), in addition to wider company benefits.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and conversion in all stages of the of the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the content team to create highly engaging content that\'s relevant to both the customer and the wider market
• Use the Customer Data Platform to create targeted audience segments, advanced automated campaign flows, and constantly look to evolve the platform\'s functionality
• Champion and implement CRM testing program including email features, targeting and personalisation
• Perform regular post-campaign analysis and present performance back to internal stakeholders
• Help manage and develop the CRM Executive
• Stay up to date with advances in CRM technology and trends, and competitor activity

Key skills and requirements:

• 2+ years in a CRM/Marketing Automation Role
• Strong creative copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform or email service provider
• HTML/CSS and email design best practice
• High attention to detail
• Technically-minded and data driven, with good experience of audience segmentation and automation.
