A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a flexible and adaptable Senior CRM Executive to join a global law firm in London. Supporting the CRM Manager, the role holder will maintain and configure the firm\'s CRM system, improving the quality, depth and accessibility of data held within the system. Key responsibilities of the role will include managing the CRM/Data Change Management inbox, developing the data management/data retention strategy, working with external suppliers to ensure the use of add-on products are being maximised and providing support for InterAction upgrades. The Senior CRM Executive will also assist with the running, planning and preparation of InterAction presentations, workshops and training sessions. With an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, the ideal candidate will have previous experience using InterAction, ideally gained within another professional services environment. Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations and excellent desktop skills will both be essential. In addition, the Senior CRM Executive must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
