We're looking for an experienced Senior Credit Hire Litigator to join our expanding team based in our Chester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in driving cases forward while benefiting from great career progression and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage a portfolio of credit hire claims from defence to settlement. Keep up-to-date with developments in credit hire case law and Civil Procedure Rules. Communicate regularly with clients, credit hire organisations, third parties, and solicitors, ensuring clients are informed about case progression. Instruct counsel ahead of trials, applications, and conferences. Review evidence to assess the prospects of success and the value of credit hire and other special damages. Advise clients on case outcomes. Draft necessary court documents and comply with court directions. Negotiate settlements and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.



What are we looking for?




Proven experience in credit hire and motor claims litigation. In-depth knowledge of credit hire case law and its application. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build client relationships. A proactive approach, eager to learn and adapt as required. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
