Role Overview




As Senior Creative Designer, you will lead creative production best practices, ensuring that all visual content aligns with CDW's commitment to excellence. You will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, maintaining design consistency, and elevating campaign effectiveness across digital and print platforms. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide a team of designers in achieving best-in-class outcomes.


Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do--working closely with marketing and wider business stakeholders, along with agencies to conceptualize and execute outstanding campaigns for some of the world's most recognized technology brands.

Key Responsibilities



Lead creative production best practices, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in design execution. Champion creative excellence, pushing boundaries to ensure best-in-class solutions across branding, marketing, and campaign visuals. Develop and evolve CDW's brand identity, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio culture. Oversee design workflows, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high creative standards. Create high-impact digital and print assets, including email campaigns, web banners, social media graphics, brochures, and presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to align creative output with strategic objectives. Stay ahead of design trends and technological advancements, ensuring CDW's creative output remains industry-leading. Maintain a structured approach to task management, optimizing processes to improve project delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, balancing creativity with consistency in execution.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience as a Senior Creative Designer or in a leadership design role. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, branding, and campaign design. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD). Knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital design principles is advantageous. Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience in guiding creative teams. A proactive problem-solver, able to develop innovative solutions under tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high design quality across all outputs. Strong communication and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects efficiently. An ability to challenge conventions and push creative boundaries, ensuring progressive design thinking. A passion for technology and an understanding of how to visually communicate product features and benefits. A keen awareness of industry trends, ensuring CDW's design approach remains fresh and engaging.
