Vickerstock are partnering with our client, a Construction Consultancy firm based in Belfast, in their search for a Senior Cost Manager with a passion for leading on dynamic Real Estate projects. Your new role as a Senior Cost Manager
You will join an established team in a pivotal role, collaborating with other senior professionals across multiple projects and programmes that create significant social, environmental and economic value. Bringing an outgoing approach to relationship building, you will advise both client and contractors on the best solutions from a qualitative and commercial perspective.
What you will need to succeed as a Senior Cost Manager
- Proven experience in delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Hold membership of a relevant professional body (i.e. RICS)
- Be educated to Degree or HNC level
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
