Job Description
A full-service law firm are looking for a Qualified Senior Solicitor with Corporate experience to join their City of London based office. At this family run law-firm, the Senior Solicitor will join a well-supported team amongst array of welcoming and warm individuals.
The Senior Solicitor\'s role
The Corporate Senior Solicitor will be expected to showcase their skills on non-contentious matters, Mergers & Acquisitions, disputes and more. With strong experience in Corporate matters, this Senior Solicitor will hold a key role in the future development of the Corporate team.
The Corporate Senior Solicitor will report to the Head of Corporate and will be a part of a growing Corporate team in the City of London office. With continuous growth in their dispute revolution team, the Corporate team has plentiful opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.
The Senior Solicitor
- 4+ years PQE essential
- Experience with Corporate matters essential
- Relevant qualifications acquired (BSc minimum, LPC)
- Experience with M&A\'s preferrable
- Experience with large property corporate matters desirable
- Lives within a commutable distance to Westminster
- \xc2\xa390,000 - \xc2\xa3100,000
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
