The Corporate & commercial team is a flagship department of the firm with a well-developed, expanding and ambitious client base covering the South of England and London. The team deals with transactions of a size and complexity which is greater than would be expected of a firm this size and has a client base reflective of this fact.We are looking for the right individual to join our dynamic and progressive Corporate & Commercial team. You will be playing a key role of the development of the department and client base. The department deals with a broad mix of work including mergers and acquisitions of various size and complexity, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection. The department also provides insolvency services including sales and purchases from administrators and liquidators.Requirements:

• 4 years+ PQE
• Ambitious individual with the drive to develop their own case load and looking for clear progress within a firm
• Confident networker with the ability to attract your own clients and build relationships with professional contacts.
