ABOUT THE ROLE




An exciting opportunity to join The Bamford Collection, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Corporate Sales Manager to play a crucial role in driving significant growth in corporate sales (hampers and gifting) and Personal Shopping, across both Daylesford and Bamford businesses.


You will develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential corporate clients to position The Bamford Collection as the preferred choice for gifting and find creative ways to drive results.


You will work seamlessly to drive sales, whilst working alongside marketing and supply chain teams to ensure the best possible customer experience for all our corporate clients, encompassing range curation, pipeline management, deal closing and on-going relationship management.


Based at our offices at the Daylesford Organic Farm, this role is full time,

40 hours

per week.


Salary

47,000 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES



To build a corporate sales and gifting strategy focussed on product range, key corporate segments, key selling hooks, commercial structure and fulfilment process and excellence. Plan over a year out with key teams, using data to drive future year's purchasing (hamper vessel) and range curation To build a comprehensive new business pipeline with structured weekly prospecting and follow ups, ensuring the right high quality leads are input and nurtured through to close. To hone the right industries and contact types, and optimise comms via LinkedIn ,email and phone to maximise contacts and conversion To work seamlessly with the creative, product and marketing teams to ensure we are featuring the right products and storytelling in the right way via collateral designed to build brand but, just as importantly, to spark interest and engagement and make our offering clear and easy to understand. To own the inclusion of any value enhancing features (plant a tree) To work with supply chain, finance and guest services to ensure flawless order management and fulfilment - right order, right place, right time, beautifully presented To own the hamper and gifting P&L, showing clear understanding of the different costs (cogs, logistics, postage, wastage, returns, marketing collateral) and how to manage them. To build a price list which includes volume discounts, early bird discounts and delivery charges - ensuring the required margins are hit for all products across both brands To build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring regular contact and meetings to understand their changing needs and how the Bamford Collection can meet them To own weekly and monthly reporting of performance vs. KPIs and our budget (revenue, profit, pipeline growth, pipeline conversion) providing clear rationale for performance and recommendations for optimisation gap fill where appropriate To stay updated with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to ensure the Bamford Collection's hamper and gifting portfolio remains ahead of the pack Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING



Proven experience in corporate B2B sales (5 years +) with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets In depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques and best practices Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities Ability to work at pace and show resilience when under pressure Self-motivated, organised be able to work independently Champion of the business and brand aesthetic Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales related tools Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities Results-oriented midset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Strong communication and presentation skills Line management experience
