\xe2\x80\x8bFantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Corporate Reputation Manager to join a global, well known FMCG brand in the confectionery industry.

Key skills/responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and executing the reputation strategy for the business across all segments.

Lead the execution of external communications to drive reputation according to the reputation strategy.

You will build on the global reputation strategy and develop market-specific communications campaigns around key topics such as sustainability, I&D, brands etc. that build reputation in the market.

You will be responsible for ensuring each program is tracked against internal and external metrics to both optimize for future delivery and demonstrate success.

You will have proven Corporate Reputation experience, and be responsible for building reputation from the inside-out, with a clear objective to increase the business\' RepTrak scores in the market.

Working closely with other stakeholders in Corporate Affairs/local markets to ensure alignment and integration across External Comms, Corporate Brand and Public Affairs.

You will have strong PR/Media Relations skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills are required - ability to build good relationships internally and externally.

A background in FMCG is highly desirable, this can be from agency or in-house side.
