About the Role

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services within a collaborative, supportive team environment--where your experience is valued and your career development is actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a varied caseload of property transactions independently and efficiently Providing expert legal advice and clear communication to clients Ensuring full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Managing deadlines and completing transactions in a timely manner

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has solid, hands-on conveyancing experience and can manage a full caseload independently Is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or an experienced Fee Earner Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills Has a keen eye for detail and a client-first approach Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
