Senior Contracts Manager, Compliance Services

Full Time - 37 hours per week - Permanent

67,600 Per annum

Are you experienced in Building Contracts management and Compliance? We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager with significant experience in green technologies e.g. Solar PV & Battery & MCS ideally holding Electrical qualifications.

Can you manage and develop a team to safely deliver high quality works, with high levels of customer satisfaction?

If you have experience in construction techniques, maintenance work and green technologies and keep up to date with legislation then we would be interested in hearing from you. ODS Group require a Senior Contracts Manager with significant experience in green technologies e.g. Solar PV & Battery & MCS ideally holding Electrical qualifications, to manage the performance, quality and delivery of works. Manage 3 other Contract Managers delivering compliance related works for our customers and developing business growth opportunities.

Having good management skills is important and you will need to motivate your team and be accountable for the timely and safe completion of works in line with policies and performance standards whilst maximising productive time.

Being customer focused, you will professionally deal with all queries and use management information and administrative systems to monitor, report and improve the service, driving up quality standards and customer satisfaction.
