We have over 175 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in Manchester, Belfast, Dublin and Glasgow. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our team by recruiting an experienced Senior Consultant specialising in Renewable Energy to join our team, working on projects across the UK and Ireland. This position will be based at either our Stockport or Glasgow location.

What we are looking for:
A minimum 2.1 degree in renewable energy or an applicable engineering discipline
Significant project management experience gained during the development, construction or operational phases of large-scale solar farm energy projects and/or battery storage projects
Prior experience with the undertaking of feasibility studies and design reviews
Good understanding of the key technical risks in solar/battery storage energy projects
Experience in the financing of renewable energy projects, ideally including technical due diligence experience
Knowledge of standard contract forms and their applicability to the construction of solar energy projects
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, design specifications and functional descriptions
Prior experience in the production, and delivery of, professional technical reports for clients
The ability to evaluate, explain and simplify complex technical issues
Support to the renewables team in developing new and existing client relationships and business, attend solar exhibitions and
conferences in the UK and overseas to promote the services of the business; and
Possess a full driving licence and have the willingness and ability to travel both in the UK and overseas as required
